RETURNS/ REFUNDS

As a family run company we want you to enjoy our handcrafted products. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Please print a copy of your sales receipt and include it with the return or exchange. The product must be returned in the same packaging received in, and be unaltered, unworn, and in same condition as you received or a refund will not be given. 

Please email support@nimbajewelry.com to receive a return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A full refund of the product price, minus the cost of all shipping charges, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Personalized or engraved products are final sale.

Returns on orders outside of the United States will be subject to shipping and duties. If you are located outside of the United States, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and tariffs. We recommend that you return your order with a shipping carrier that insures you for the full value of the order. Nimba Jewelry will not take any responsibility for any items lost.

Nimba Jewelry has the right to accept or deny unreasonable returns.

Once Nimba Jewelry receives the product, please allow up to 5-10 days to process it. As long as the product is in perfect condition with all original packaging and tags, our team will email you a return receipt within 5 business days. Please be aware that your credit card company might take up to 10 business days to credit your account.

EXCHANGES

Nimba Jewelry understands that our customers may not be satisfied with their purchase and would like to exchange the product. The customer has up to 30 days upon receiving the purchase to exchange for different size or different design. Please include original receipt with exchange and the product to be returned in the same packaging received, and be unaltered, unworn, and in same condition as received or an exchange will be denied. 

Please email support@nimbajewelry.com including the design or size you want to exchange for to receive a return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Nimba Jewelry. The cost of the return shipping label will be added to the exchange order. Nimba Jewelry will ship back your exchange free.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are no refunds and exchanges on products damaged during shipping. In this case, contact the carrier and file a claim.
